[karlach is out near the swamp! sitting on a stump of some kind, staring into a box. she's in her default clothes, which means her glowing red chest is more prominent. her tail sways back and forth behind her. she seems lost in thought.]
[ Swamp... This is the last place he had wanted to search, but he's not leaving any stone unturned. He's concentrating so hard on not getting his flashy clothes dirty (he should have just stayed in the robe for this), that he almost runs into a person on a stump. He barely manages to stop short before tripping into her. ]
[that's valid, the swamp sucks. when he nearly runs into her, she startles, but recovers pretty fast - grins brightly at him, pointy teeth and all. and she very quickly slams her box shut.]
Oh, hey! Nah, you didn't interrupt. I was just... brooding, actually, wow. I was really out here brooding. Enough of that. You get dropped here too?
[sometimes you are very bad at being subtle and hiding things is hard]
Guess so. Gotta watch your back, though, there's hags out in swamps.
[she gives him a look over, and then kind of laughs.] They're so fancy! You're going to get mud everywhere in all the places. Nice threads, though. Looks expensive.
I like everybody here, really, I'm just fucking around, but. It's kind of hard to not have some difficult run-ins, right? We've got a big group, and people act stupid when they're scared.
And I'm a bit spooky to people who haven't seen anybody like me before, so.
It's a big prison, but we're not allowed leave. All we're doing is waiting for the guy to come out and monologue our ears off about what the evil plan is.
We've got so many. If we can rally the troops, fancy pants, we could take over. We'll have to call in law'n'order, she'll have good ideas on tossing the government.
No idea, I only just met her here. I think her name's Aerith? She's really good at coming up with laws. You know, like the law of open the fucking roads up and hey, get this fog outta here!
